The SLR POA is a non-profit corporation operated by part-time volunteers, therefore, please allow ample time for processing your request, which require physical inspections and file reviews to prepare the resale certificate (TREC No. 37-5). By making this request, you are certifying that you are a SLR POA member or you have a member's authorization and a legitimate business purpose for your inquiry, such as a mortgage or title company performing due diligence in preparation of facilitating a property transaction. The SLR POA reserves the right to not comply with any request, particularly if we feel its fulfillment may violate privacy or anti-money laundering laws. Please see all applicable fees below. Document Storage Fee = $75.00
Rush Fee 3 days or less = $100.00
