NO grading, construction or installation of any structure may occur without prior approval of the Architectural Control Committee.
Submission Requirements
- Application. Completed two-page application with all acknowledgements.
- Plat/Survey. Indicate improvement location (sketch) and distance to all adjacent property lines. Include septic location if applicable
- Design. Something that visualizes the improvement in both size (SF) and all exterior elevations. Examples : home/shop blueprints, purchase order with visual representations, stock photo of a close proximity to the final structure. Does not apply to Replat.
- Fees. If applicable, all fees must accompany the application in check form made payable to: Silver Lakes Ranch
