By making this request, you are certifying that you are a SLR POA member or you have a member's authorization and a legitimate business purpose for your inquiry, such as a mortgage or title company performing due diligence in preparation for the refinancing of an existing mortgage. The SLR POA reserves the right to not comply with any request, particularly if we feel its fulfillment may violate privacy or anti-money laundering laws. Please be aware that there is a $50.00 statement processing fee for providing a Statement of Member Account Status.
Please be advised that an Expedite Fee of $50.00 will be assessed for requests where the Expected Closing Date is five business days or less from the submission date of the request and expedited services are needed. These fees applies to SLR POA members and third parties.
